THE HISTORY, TERROIRS AND WINES OF ALSACE
La Cave des Vignerons de Pfaffenheim
An outstanding cellar
It is the cellar in Alsace that has been awarded the most medals from the Concours Général Agricole de Paris. Created in 1957 in the village of Pfaffenheim (Haut Rhin), Cave des Vignerons de Pfaffenheim holds a prestigious record - it has won the highest number of medals at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris, ahead of all the other producers in Alsace. Cave des Vignerons de Pfaffenheim has a specificity, a key code of conduct, guaranteeing the quality of its wines. The company only works with growers who handpick their harvest. The members of the cooperative winery must also continue to innovate non-stop, in view of producing the highest quality products, like they have always done, over the past 50 years.
